Hello,

I am writing this post with a hope to propose an idea which you already have but may not have required resources to execute it. My name is Devendra Pahari. I am a local resident of lakeside Pokhara currently residing in San Francisco,California. I come from a family who have been the prominent members of the hospitality / tourism sector for nearly half a century. We are looking to find established hotels who want to branch out a sister company and have enough resources but have not found a suitable area with high potential to grow financially.

We have approximately 4 -1/2 ropani land available in the lakeside ,17th street which is centrally located and 5 minutes away from the lake. This is an ideal property with a close vicinity of a downtown and directly overlooks Annapurna Range.We are looking for a potential client/ business who promotes environmentally friendly projects and are interested in investing in a sustainable project for Hotels or Resorts. Looking at the sources I found your establishment worthy of my proposal.
